Sam Britney
I am a UX designer, Francophile, and WNBA fan based in Seattle, WA. I originally hail from the Great White North, although the only remaining traits include putting ketchup on my Kraft Dinner and an affinity for donuts.
Throughout the years I have explored product design via Product Management, Marketing, and Design. With this holistic perspective I strive to find balance between function and delight.
My approach to the design process—no matter the size of the project—is to empathize with users, understanding who they are and how they interact with products. Literally standing in their shoes. For me, experiencing the world from their point of view is what illuminates the true challenges and guides thoughtful design.
